Door Hanger

Door Hanger
Normally I do greeting cards but for a change this time tried doing door hanger. Door hanger is made from chipboard. I used a vintage paper on the chipboard.
Stencil and Ribbons
I love stencils very much. Here I have used 2 types of stencils. one for adding texture paste and another for Distress ink. At top i add few ribbons to give a elegant look for roses.
Metal Embellishment
To give more vintage look i have used Bronze metal embellishment. I loved the bird with nest & eggs embellishment very much. ''Moments off life'' is an epoxy sticker.
Lace and Flowers
Actually I din had a matching lace so I took white lace and colored it with Distress ink to match my background.
At corner of both ends I added few mulberry roses and added few leaves which i brought from a local shop.
Crackle
I wanted a crackle effect in few places so I applied crackle accents after finishing the work. I got mixed media inspiration  for this from Dr Sonia
