First Try With Polychromos Pencils

Hello crafty friends,
Hope you all are doing fine.

Recently I brought new Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils. I got it in good price from Amazon.
Its so smooth while blending and love  the finishing.

I stamped the floral pattern on snippet of paper and colored with Polychromos and fussy cut it.
Mounted  the  PP on white cardstock and added the flowers using foam tape.
As it was my first try with the pencils so made it very simple.

Hope you like  it.

Supplies - White cardstock,
Mi Estilo collection from Papericious,
Magnolias For Her from Altenew,
Faber Castell Polychromos 36 color set,
Black jet ink from Archival Ranger,
Sophie's Sentiments from Lawn Fawn

Thank you for visiting my blog.

Happy Crafting.
Happy Weekend.

  2. Absolutely stunning Meena! I adore Polychromos pencils too but am not sure I could use mine as well as you have done here!

I do sometimes use Sansodor Blending Solution with little paper stumps once the image has been coloured. I don't use it all the time, just when I feel it's needed. Just pop some solution into a small plastic pot with a lid (ha, one of those urine sample posts is a good size!), with a piece of sponge in the bottom to soak up the solution so you just pick up a little bit at a time. It's always best to try on a sample of the colours you want to blend if you do choose to try the solution route - but to be honest, I think you already reached perfection anyhow!

  5. Oh Meena this is wonderful - love your amazing shading on these flowers. I use Prismacolor pencils which I love, but I have a long way to go to get the beautiful effects and shading that you have attained here.
    Blessings
