My Time To Craft Challenge #372

Hello my lovely crafty friends,
Good evening to you all. How are you all doing??

Welcome back to new challenge at My Time To Craft blog and this time our theme is Holidays.

I have created few Christmas cards using stencil. I have created 4 cards using one stencil in different techniques.

4 cards one stencil

Its a bit long post so grab your coffee and enjoy the post.

Card - 1

Ink Blending

  1.  First I took Neenah Classic Crest- Solar white paper and adhere it on my work sufrace using blue tape.
  2.  Next placed my Snowflakes stencil on it and secured it with blue tape.
  3.  Using dauber and Sapphire Blue ink I stated to add colour on it.
  4.  Next  I took Paris Pink A2 size card base and folded it into half.
  5.  Next I added sentiment on vellum using Versafine ink and Black embossing powder.
  6.  I adhere the blended paper on pattern paper. Next I added this vellum strip on top of it and secured it behind the pattern paper. 
  7.  Next I adhere this on card base and finished it off by adding sequins.

Card - 2

Gold Embossing Paste

  1.  I took Ruby Red cardstock and secured it blue tape, next secured the same stencil using blue tape.
  2.  Next I applied the gold embossing paste and let it to dry. Tip- clean the stencil immediately under running water.
  3.  Again I took Paris Pink A2 cardstock and folded it into half. I took pattern paper from JN Nov-Dec collection and cut it little smaller then the cardbase.
  4.  Next I trimmed the ruby red CS little smaller the pattern paper and adhere it on JN pattern paper little cross.
  5.  Next I added sentiment on vellum using Versafine ink and Gold embossing powder.
  6.  Next I added this vellum strip on top of it and secured it behind the pattern paper.
  7.  Next I adhere this on cardbase and finished it off by adding sequins.

Card - 3

Loose Water Colouring

  1.  Took Brustro watercolour paper and secured it with blue tape and next did same with stencil.
  2.  Added texture paste on it and let it dry. 
  3.  Next I spray the watter on it and started to added colours using Metallic accents.
  4.  Next I took pattern paper from JN Nov-Dec and trimmed it little smaller then the card base and trim the watercolour paper little smaller then then the PP.
  5.  I took Oxford Orange A2 cardstock and folded it into half.
  6.  Next I added sentiment on vellum using Versafine ink and liquid platinum embossing powder.
  7.  Next I adhere this on cardbase and finished it off by adding sequins.

Card - 4

Glitter Paste

  1.  First I took Neenah Classic Crest- Solar white paper and adhere it on my work surface using blue tape, next secured the stencil with blue tape.
  2.  For this card I have used glitter paste from BoBunny and let it to dry.
  3.  I took Gaza Grey A2 cardstock and folded it into half. 
  4.  I trimmed pattern paper little smaller then the cardbase and glittered paper little smaller then the pattern paper.
  5.  I added sentiment on vellum using Versafine ink and Silver embossing powder.
  6.  Next I adhere this on cardbase and finished it off by adding sequins.

Dreamweaver Gold Embossing Paste,
Gold embossing powder, Liquid Platinum, Silver powder from Ranger,
JN Nov-Dec pattern paper from Prima,
Metallic Accents watercolour from Prima,
Brustro Watercolour paper 200gsm,
Blueberry glitter paste from BoBunny.

Happy Little Stampers - Watercolour Challenge - June 2018

Hello my dear crafty friends,
A warm good morning to you all. Hope you all doing well. 

We are already in the middle of year. Its June 1st, it means new watercolour challenge start at Happy Little Stampers Challenge Blog.

Here is my DT card for the challenge,

Be Happy And Smile

Step by step method,

  •  First I stamped my image using Fairy Tale Wishes stamp set and Archival black ink on watercolour paper.
  • I coloured my faries using Gansai Tambi and fussy cut it. Added shimmer using Clear Wink of stella.
  • Cut G45 Fairie Dust pattern paper little smaller then the card base and adhere them on the card base.
  • As I wanted to dim the pattern paper, so I cut a vellum little smaller then the pattern paper.
  • Next I arranged the fairies on it, when I was satisfied with it, I adhere it using Art glitter glue.
  • For sentiment, I used Beautiful Quotes stamp set from Altenew. Stamped the sentiment using Versafine Onyx Black ink.
I adhere the vellum paper on pattern paper using red tacky tape behind the fairies.

  • Wink of Stella - clear,

  • Red Tacky tape,
  • Art glitter glue,
  • Oxford Orange Cardstock from Letz Craft,
  • Versafine Onyx black ink.
