Three Reds

Hello friends, again this time I played with same stamp set FLORAL FANTASY FROM Hot Off The Press. 

I used watercolor paper for stamping and did coloring using Faber Castell watercolor pencils. Here I used 3 types of red color and after coloring I used Wink Off Stella for glitter effect, recently I am using Wink Of Stella a lot, its giving goof effect to finished card. I layered my watercolor paper on glitter olive green handmade paper base.

COUSINS

COUSINS.....Childhood playmates who grow up to be FRIENDS FOREVER. 

I am the lucky one who got one elder sister and 11 cousins. 

Hello Friends, few days back I made a mixed of mine with my sister. I shared that in our cousin's whatsapp group, after seeing that my last little cousin brother Vini told that he to want one mixed media with me, so I made this for him. A small wall hanging to decor his  home.

COUSINS FOREVER

First I took 10*12 canvas and lined the canvas with my favourite paper PAPERICIOUS Ephemera and Infinity. Here I took paper from different collections. 

I torn the edge of 2nd paper and colored the edge with distress ink to give a burn effect. 

Texture Paste

At the top and bottom I added texture paste using Memory Box stencil, My Favorite Thing and Tim Holtz stencils. 

I mixed Forest moss with texture paste while using Memory Box stencils and Acrylic color with texture paste while using Tim Holtz stencil.

Once the texture paste dry I applied Crackle paint on few places and stamped in few area with Prime stamp.

Flowers

I handmade all the flowers using different types of ink. I used Heroarts Neon ink, distress ink and chalk ink to color the flowers and die cut the flowers using Joys Crafts dies. To make it more interesting I added a tiny Wine bottle.

 Metal Embellishment

In this work I added  lot of different metal embellishment like butterfly, key, anchor, bird with nest dragon head. Under the flowers I  used  bandage cloth to give more texture. As the cloth was white so  I colored it with forest moss distress ink and spray water on it.

Lace and  MDF cutouts

At top left corner I added  lace and applied crackle paint on it. On MDF cutouts I used distress crayons and its awesome to work with that. Here I used Vintage photo, walnut and  Picket fence. On MDF key I applied Crackle accent and at torn area I glued Superman flatback. 

 Sentiment

I used sentiment from Papericious Ephemera collection and added 2 roses on top of it.

I didn't do any work on bottom right corner because there was beautiful flowers, bird and gate. Here I added one more sentiment from same collection 'MOMENTS' die cut.

After finishing the work I felt that the MDF hearts were looking dull so I added some Gold liquid pearl.

Hello Friends, I made another card using FLORAL FANTASY. This card I made for a costumer. 
I used 6*8 size card. First I stamped image on watercolor paper and did coloring using Akashiya Sai brush pen and layered it on My golden garden papers from Papericious. After coloring I usad Wink Of Stella to glitter on the flower and butterfly.  I die cut CONGRATS sentiment  from glitter foam to give 3D effect.   

My Golden Garden

 Hello Friends, this time I used iris paper for water coloring. Wanted to try something new and want to see the out come of watercolor on iris paper. Normally I use watercolor paper for watercoloring. 

Here I used HOTP stamp set to play. Actually I love there stamp collections. 

First i stamped the images from the set FLORAL FANTASY and did watercolor using Akashiya Sai brush pens and fussy cut it.

I took papers from MY GOLDEN GARDEN Collection and trimmed it little cross and I arranged my fussy cut flowers on it and finished it with golden sequence. I used Wink Of Stella on the finished flower.

I'm not so good in explaining but am trying my level best in every post. Hope you all liked it.
